Build A Box Program

 

Hollow Tree Hobbies offers a build-a-box program to save our customers the cost of freight which means you will not miss out on your favorite products.

How It Works:

1. Add products to your shopping cart.

2. Use the code buildabox (all one word) in the discount code area when checking out. Using this code will exempt the freight charges if your order is under $75.00 (some provinces & states require higher minimum orders for free shipping therefore they will be notified once they reach this.  Provinces & states affected please see shipping policy) and add a note to your order that this is a build a box order.

3. Once your purchases with the build a box program hits the $75.00 before tax and discounts you will receive an email. (some provinces & states require higher minimum orders for free shipping therefore they will be notified once they reach this.  Provinces & states affected see shipping policy)This email will advise your order has hit the free shipping threshold. We will not ship until you advise us to do so as you may want to add products before shipping.

4. Once package is fulfilled you can start your next build a box.

5. If you email/call us that you would like the build a box items shipped before the $75.00 free shipping you will need to pay the flat rate freight for your province as per shipping policy.

6. Pre-Order items can be added to your build a box. If you have a mix of preorder and in stock items in the build a box and hit the free shipping threshold your parcel will only get shipped once preorders items have arrived.
